SFP+ER optical module with CDR, suitable for applications such as 10GBASE-ER/EW and 10G Fibre Channel. It supports 40km transmission over G.652 single-mode fiber and features a cooled EML transmitter and a highly sensitive PD receiver. The module supports hot-pluggable operation, 3.3V power supply, and DDM digital diagnostics. It complies with the SFF-8472 standard and meets RoHS 6 environmental requirements. The power consumption is ≤1.7W in commercial temperature range (0-70°C) and ≤2.0W in industrial temperature range (-40-85°C). Electrostatic discharge protection is required.
